Grab the tissues, and try not to drink too much water because Avengers: Endgame has arrived, and it’s three-hour runtime is exhilarating from start to finish. This galaxy-spinning blockbuster has many intimate moments that make the film worth watching.

Directors Anthony and Joseph Russo created a monumental moment in movie history through their unique storyline and characters starting from the previous film Avengers: Infinity War. During this film, they created an affectionate platform to all the remaining characters which evoked a deep relationship between the characters and the audience.

The main focus of this film is to bring back the fallen through a type of space-time continuum in order to restore Thanos’s “balance” of the universe. This shift in focus changes the tone between characters like Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, Thor, and Hawkeye. They all rely on each other for mental support and sometimes physical support in order to reach the endgame that Dr. Strange was referring to.

The family-like bonds created between the Avengers is what drives the plot of the movie forward because the characters will do “whatever it takes” to bring back the fallen. Seeing that this will be the last time all the characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) will be together, Avengers: Endgame finishes the era with many emotional moments.

There will still be future MCU movies even if the original Avenger cast isn’t a part of it. Spider-man Far From Home is scheduled to release July of this year along with another Black Panther and Guardians of the Galaxy movie sometime in the near future. Overall, Avengers: Endgame is a must-see movie event that is worth seeing in theaters.
