On Tuesday April 30th, an intense 5 set match between our men’s varsity volleyball and Bishop Gorman with the sets falling 23-25, 25-19, 25-19, 19-25, 15-12. With junior Josh Bastin leading the team in kills with a total of 17 as well as 14 digs, while senior Liam Morrissey led the team in digs with 24 with an additional 13 kills.

 

“It was a solid win for us pushing us closer into playoffs as well as increasing our overall standings before the regular season ends.” Said Brandon Cuevas.

 

As playoffs approach the team sits in 7th overall in the 4A Desert Division. Hopefully winning the rest of the regular season games increase their standings more.
