After a Loss, girls soccer headed to regionals

Even though the girls soccer team lost yesterday against Green Valley High School 2-1, they are still headed to regionals.

The loss against the Gators came after a victory againy the Liberty Patriots, 4-1, in their first playoff game on Monday, November 4th.

“We were stressed about the Liberty game because in season, we tied them 3-3,” junior Jade Ogden said.

As they enter the regional playoffs, the ladies are looking forward to competing for a banner.

“We’re really excited about the next game because no one has ever advanced as far as this year’s varsity team,” Ogden said.
