The Oasis Review

Aaron Basilio

I am originally from San Leandro, California. My interests include both listening to and playing jazz music, battling my little brother in ping pong, binge watching Netflix, spending time with my friends, and writing. I love writing because when people read your work, they don’t rush to see your face and find a bias for them to utilize. When someone is reading your work, all that is to judge is the content your paper. I like school if it is convenient for me; otherwise, school is “meh.” I love school despite stressing over my AP classes. My biggest enemy is laziness.
