Elizabeth Borek
Hi Everyone, my name is Elizabeth Borek. I am a Sophomore at Desert Oasis High School. I wanted to have Journalism as a class because when I was younger I always loved coming up with stories in my head, and writing about them. I would always ask my mom to use her computer to write short stories or articles to read to my family, and I have a big family so it was fun for everyone to listen to, and enjoy. I have always known that writing is one of my passions, so I picked Journalism as a class, so I can write articles to let people know what's going on in our school, so that they can know what to go to, and what clubs to join. But most of all, I just really love writing. That's a little bit about why I wanted Journalism as a class. But here is a little bit about me. My full name is Elizabeth Borek. I just turned 16 on June 14, 2002. I have 4 sister and 3 Brothers. I have lived in Vegas for about 3 almost 4 years. I grew up in Mississippi. My favorite color is blue. My favorite movie series is the Fast and Furious movies. On my free time I love going shopping, hanging out with friends and my family.
